Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. The item must not be disassembled or altered in any way. Please do not take apart our lamps or fidget clickers and then attempt to return them. :) We use a permanent glue to hold them together and once taken apart they don't go back together.

For standard returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping.

To start a return, reach out to us at hello@modoworks.co. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@modoworks.co immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include: 

  • A photo or video of the item in the condition in which it arrived
  • a view of the original packaging.

Both a close up and a full view of the product will help us assess the nature of the damage. 

One we review your photos/video we'll send you a pre-paid return label and after we receive your item and verify the condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders.

Missing or Stolen Packages
We’re unable to replace or refund orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. These issues are out of our control and should be handled directly with the carrier.
