Processing Time
We do our best to get your order out quickly! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If your order is custom or large, it may take a little longer—we’ll note this on the product page or reach out if we anticipate any delays.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the size of your order. These typically deliver within 2-6 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Signature Confirmation
To help ensure your order arrives safely, any purchase over $125 may require a signature at delivery. This extra step is added at no additional cost to you and helps protect both our customers and our shop from lost or stolen packages.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, your carrier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or local pickup.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
